The recipe called for too much cheese. You can't taste the crab or peppers.

Made this with 1/4 of what the recipe called for to try for myself and a freind. Loved it and then for a large group. There were people that liked it that didn't even like crab meat and loved it. Try adding salsa to taste. Wondeful!!!

I had to add 4 cans of crabmeat make it thicker. It is good, but will not make this recipe again.

This dip was excellent! My family loved it with assorted crackers. I even reheated the leftovers the next day and it was great! How good is that?!

We weren't impressed with this recipe at all. It was disappointing, and after tasting it, I threw it out. A much better crab dip is one that uses 1 can drained crabmeat, 1 can-ful of Miracle Whip, 1 tsp. Zatarain's liquid seafood seasoning, and two cans-ful of grated cheddar cheese. Sorry, but the Velveeta was just too much for us in this recipe.

I made this with 0g fat cheese and light sour cream. It was very good but I like a lot of crab meat so I used 16oz of crab meat and only 12 oz of cheese.
