This was an easy "spiced up" version of an old favorite. It made lots of left overs which is nice

I have made the dijon mustard/apple version several times. I add a full cup of apples and celery, and I use canned salmon instead of tuna. I use low-fat options when I can, too. It is really, REALLY tasty!! Leftovers are fantastic, too!

I am sick of cream of mushroom or velveeta based tuna noodle casseroles, so this was a nice change. I used what I had on hand, so I used a full cup of frozen corn for the add-in, and cheddar cheese instead of monterey, with extra cheese on top instead of nuts. I used curry, which I love, and wasn't sure if it would be the best combo of flavors. It's not something I would have ever thought to put together, tuna & curry, but the whole family loved it. No leftovers. Awesome!

Me and my family LOVES the curry recipe. I've always been a big curry fan, so when hubby and I decided to lower our beef and pork intake (for money and health) I started liking tuna casserole (so cheap!) but we soon got bored with the standard cheesey casserole... and the curry is WONDERFUL! I usually add a bit more curry, but like I said, I'm a curry fan. :)

I used the tomatoes, celery and apple. will not make it again. I add a can of mushroom soup to try and save it. It fails.

The curry-pea-mushroom option tuna casserole was delicious! My husband normally doesn't like tuna casserole, but this is one of his favorite dishes! I will definitely make again!

I basically followed the "orange" box though omitted the peas and used more curry powder. Also used the Kraft Mexican- Four Cheese in lieu of the recommended (was out of the others) and ricotta cheese in lieu of milk...Added some garlic salt & pepper.. FABULOUS!!

I made the orange version of this recipe without the mushrooms - I thought it was very good, however I would recommend cutting down the baking time a little and also using less curry powder as the flavor was a little overpowering
