makes a good spring/summer pick up salad
In this Tuna Casserole, add 1 can of cream of mushroom soup, a dash of water to rince out the can with, 1 can of small sweet peas, a small yellow onion chopped up small, and a fist full or two of Lay's Potato chips (plain) crushed up, than mix all this with what was given at first to you in this Tuna Casserole, except salt, pepper and other spices, bake it the same, than watch the smile on peoples faces as they eat this. It's like Grandma use to make.
Quick and easy, Ingredients usually on hand without having to go shopping.
Taste was very good. Prep time was fast. Even my male friend who does not like tunafish ate with positive comments. Intend to try other combinations.
Very good to the taste and very cooling.
I made this one weekend for my 3 year old grandaughter who loves pasta. She (and everyone else!) liked it so well that we ended up making it for her twice that weekend. It was a very easy recipe to make. I added peas which I feel made it even better!
