This was not as good as it sounded. I followed the recipe exactly...I'm not sure I'm sold on the thawed veggies. I think I'd make a variation using fresh snap peas, green onions, sliced water chestnuts, fresh red pepper strips and more cilantro.

Love this salad. Make sure you use veggie mix with pea pods and water chestnuts, they add a great texture!

After making it and taking the first bite I did not like it, however if you put it in the fridge and let it marry overnight, the flavor was better.

I have made this several times. The first time I purchased all the ingredients but forgot to add the cilantro. It was yummy! I could live on this stuff.

We were hesitant about this recipe but it was surprisingly good. Great summer recipe. We served it cold and it was a real refresher! Yum

we were very surprised at the great flavors and textures, even the kids enjoyed it.

I made this with canned chicken and it truned out great. The different textures of the veggies and the chicken made it very good. This will be a great thing to eat on a hot summer day as it is not too heavy.
