I needed something for a quick BBQ party with all my neighbors this was so easy to make I actually went ahead and made 2 and I'm glad I did a couple of my neighbors split the last of the 1 I took to the party and I still had 1 to enjoy when I got home

I made this recipe for Easter. Now it is my summer signature recipe. I take to every bbq. I made it with a yellow cake mix and added coconut extract to it. My cake got stuck in my bundt pan so I took the cake and put the mixture in my trifle bowl. Layered cake and mixture up to the top and topped it off with toasted coconut! YUMO! It comes out great this way too! LOVE THIS RECIPE!

I tasted this recipe at an anniversary party and just loved it! My mom really loved it and I recreated it for her on mother;s day. To say the least...she was VERY pleased! It was so easy!
