I made this cake for my sister's birthday party and it was a huge hit. I received many requests for the recipe. It was so easy and a very refreshing change from the standard cake and ice cream.

I love this dessert and I make it all the time! It's so easy but it looks so elegant all put together. I add sliced strawberries between the layers on top of the pineapple-pudding mix. A great no-cook dish with very little mess.

Excellent! I used a trifle dish, and I cut up about 2 cups of strawberries and mixed in a little sugar, and for each layer, I put cake, thin layer of cream filling, layer of berries, another thin layer of cream. I poured the remainder of the berries into the center hole in the top layer of cake, for burst of berries! It was SO good! My Father-in-law ate nearly HALF the trifle dish!!!! Definitely a keeper, everyone LOVED it!
