Made this while visiting relatives on a mini-vacation. Everyone LOVED it. Very easy to make, looks and tastes impressive. Would be wonderful for church pot lucks, ladies lunch, etc. Would also be easy to vary. This is definitely a keeper!

THIS IS A AWESOME CAKE. I TOOK THE PASTACIO PUDDING MINT OREO COOL WHIP PIE RECIPE AND DRIZZLED THE MELTED CHOC. OVER AND IT WAS DELLISH...

A very light, tasty dessert. I served this to ladies after a luncheon and everyone raved about it. It looks fancy and was so simple to make. It's a nice summer dessert since no baking is involved.

This tasted great but the cake deflated! If it set up like the picture it would be perfect.
