My friend made this for my was so good. She used frozen berries that she had in the freezer and much more economical than fresh. Still tasted great! I will definately be making this for get-togethers this summer! I liked the review that said she will tear the angel food cake and layer it as a trifle...will look wonderful in a trifle glass server!
This is so delicious and light, just right for summer. The lush is so good I can eat it by itself. Perfect for a family get together!
This is very easy, fast and will leave your family wanting more!!!! I recommend to slice the strawberries very thin and add them with in the layers!
This cake was so easy to make and quick. My family loves angel food cake so this was a treat for them.
This is one of my fave's! So easy to make and a huge crowd pleaser! Love it for summer time get togethers!
I made this for a dinner with my grown up kids and my grandchildren and they all loved it!! I have made this for several parties and it is always a big hit.
This was very tasty. Even people who said they didn't like pineapple loved it. Will for sure make again.
I made this recipe for my mother's birthday cake. Everyone loved it. My mom and dad are on Weight Watchers, so I used fat-free and sugar-free pudding and Cool Whip. I used the whole container of Fat-Free Cool Whip. I am making this again this weekend for my church homecoming, but I am going to tear the cake up and layer it all as a trifle. Very, very good!
I think in order to make the recipe again I would double the amount of cool whip it calls for. It seemed to be a bit dense and I was scraping the bowl to get the third coat of pineapple on the top, wasn't enough to have it look as nice as it does on the website.
Recipe only calls for one cup of cool whip. That wasn't nearly enough...I used whole tub.
