My family loves pineapple, canned or fresh so that was a treat for them.

If you watch the video, she has a lot of mixture to work with. If you follow the recipe you won't have enough for the whole cake. Better double the filling recipe or get a small angel food cake.

I made this recipe for Easter Dessert and it was really good! It took less than 15 minutes to put together and it looked beautiful! It was a very light and refreshing dessert. Everyone loved it. I will be making again.

I have been making this in a trifle dish. Pudding, cubed angel food cake, then a layer of sugared strawberries. It is a family favorite that I must make at least 4 times a year. Too bad you can't get strawberries to juice up without using real sugar. But even so, it's still a low-sugar, no fat dessert. YUMMY!

This was really easy to do! I also found that if you don't want to mess w/ cutting the cake, just bake it in 3 seperate cake pans...saves time and effort! It's a great/easy recipe!! Loved it!

I have just one word to describe this....DELICIOUS! I was a little worried because I thought there might not be enough filling to make this recipe work....but in the end it was the perfect amount. my family LOVED IT! I made it healthier by using sugar free jello pudding and low fat cool whip.....worked great and less guilt afterwards.

I can't COUNT the number of times I've made this one and people always rave about it. No one ever believes me when I tell them how easy it is to make! I'm not an angel food fan by nature, but the filling with this recipe keeps me coming back for more!

My grandma made it for a birthday cake, and it was fabulous! The entire family enjoyed it, and we've made it several times since!
