I can't COUNT the number of times I've made this one and people always rave about it. No one ever believes me when I tell them how easy it is to make! I'm not an angel food fan by nature, but the filling with this recipe keeps me coming back for more!

It was so simple to make and by using sugar free pudding makes it great for diabetics.

I made this cake 4 times within a month of receiving the kraft magazine. Didn't find anyone so far who didn't like it as long as they liked pineapple.

Super easy to make. You don't just have to add pineapple. You can mix a fruit cocktail to get more variety, or top with bananas instead of strawberries. I keep getting requests for this repeatedly as b-day cakes or for office bakesales. Even just one of the three layers topped and decorated can be a cake in and of itself.
