Super easy to make. You don't just have to add pineapple. You can mix a fruit cocktail to get more variety, or top with bananas instead of strawberries. I keep getting requests for this repeatedly as b-day cakes or for office bakesales. Even just one of the three layers topped and decorated can be a cake in and of itself.

I've made this for a jewelry party, a casual dinner party, and pot-luck at work. I get EXCELLENT reviews each time. And it's so easy. I use the lite cool whip and fat free instant pudding (cheesecake flavor is even better than vanilla).

More like Angel Yuck. It was disgusting and funky. Plus the layers kept sliding apart which made it very unappealing to look at.

Angel Food Cake is the only cake that my son-in-law likes so I make this cake for his birthday and he loves it.
