This cake is really good. I reduced the sugar to 1an 1 1/2 and only used a 1/4 cup of peacans, insyead of peanuts. For the crust it should read 1 1/2, topping 1/4 cup flour. I believe this would be easier to read and understand. You can use my nick name Hummel.

These lemon bars were GREAT! I can't get over how good they were! The addition of cream cheese made it taste like a lemon cheesecake. I made these without nuts in the crust. I also used real lemon juice because I didn't have any lemons which also means I went without zest. I wondered if that would affect the taste. But they were GREAT!

These were wonderful - tart and sweet! The only thing that bothered me was that they never set up very well. No matter how long I put them in the fridge or freezer they were always a little too sticky and not very solid.... but still a great dessert!

I really liked these bars and so did my friends. I will make them again..I believe they are better the second or third day so I will not make them the day that I want to serve them. Just hope I have some left when it comes the day comes!! I also liked them refrigerated...ymmmm

Lemon bars aren't my favorite, but I tried these because they looked different. I'm glad I tried it. I loved them! My family loved them too, even my brother-in-law who is picky about his lemon bars. They were also very easy to make.

These bars were so yummy! I didn't use the grated lemon peel but they still had lots of lemon flavor from the lemon juice. I think they had just the right amount of lemon flavor and the crust was really good too and would be great to use with other recipes.
