Molten Chocolate Surprise

Molten Chocolate Surprise recipe
It's what's on the inside that counts, especially when we're talking this ooey-gooey, chocolate dessert. Our version is surprisingly easy to whip up at home.

This is the most wonderful and easy dessert I have ever made. We rate this recipe superb and I sent it to my sister in-law. She made it and her husband who doesn't eat many desserts loved it and wants her to make it again and again. Thanks

these were extremely tasty...and quick.. and easy. i used the chewy chips ahoy as suggested and they were the perfect size for the muffin cups.

The cookies were too big for the muffin cups so I had to press them in which made them brake. They did not look like the picture but they tasted great and I will definitely try this one again.

Mine turned out oozing all over the place and looked nothing like the picture. I think my cookies were too big and probably will make this again with something smaller -- like oreos. They tasted great, but just did not hold like you see in the picture.

I loved this recipe! I find warm chocolate cake a comfort food, and this just takes the cake for sure! The cookie tasted like a warm fresh-baked cookie in this recipe, which just added to this wonderful dessert. The only problem I had with the recipe, is that I had a hard time finding a small enough cookie to fit exactly in the bottom of the muffin cup. I ended up just using whatever I pulled out from the cookie back, so sometimes after I poured the batter over the cookie it actually ended up in the middle of the cake, not at the "top" when it was all done. It was still good!
