Molten Chocolate Surprise

Molten Chocolate Surprise recipe

It's what's on the inside that counts, especially when we're talking this ooey-gooey, chocolate dessert. Our version is surprisingly easy to whip up at home.

Delicious! I made this dessert for a cooking club I am in and it was amazing. The "surprise" center was to die for. Will definitely be making these again!

Simple and tasty. Good cold too, as a cupcake with a sort of gooey middle.

You need to make this dessert for yourselves. I made this for our super bowl party and it was the biggest hit! This was so easy to make and it was very fast and delicious. My sister has a similar molten recipe from a restaurant and she said this was 10 time better and this recipe wins hands down! Make it and enjoy!

My grandsons loved these and the 10 year old is taking the recipe to his before school program so they can make them.

These were delicious, even reheated in the microwave the next day. The center on mine were gooey, but not actually molten, but I did cook them about a minute longer than it said. I saw some comment that the Chips-ahoy cookies were too big, but I found that they fit perfectly in my muffin tin.

i don't know if i did something wrong, but there was no surprise when you opened the cupcake. please check over the recipe and make sure it is written correctly. (by mixing the flour mixture and the chocolate mixture together it cooks as a cake all the way thru. no surprise.
