Molten Chocolate Surprise recipe

It's what's on the inside that counts, especially when we're talking this ooey-gooey, chocolate dessert. Our version is surprisingly easy to whip up at home.

I really really loved this recipe. I didn't actually make it, because I ate the chocolate first and couldn't, but even that was awsome, iirc! Keep cooking!

I made these without the cookies in custard cups. My family loved them and the are so simple to make. They want more the next day.

What did i do wrong? The chocolate didn't seperate and "molten" in the middle. I cooked them for the 13 minutes. The came out like chocolate cupcakes. Could I have mixed them too much?? I guess i'll have to try them again, they are very good, but not what i expected.

This was the best chocolate cake I have ever had. I made it for my fiance' on Valentine's Day, and he didn't believe me that I made it myself!
