I followed the recipe except for adding the spinach. I enjoyed it very much. Using the KRAFT Zesty Italian Dressing, was a great way to add flavoring to this soup.
I LOVED this recipe except I did improvise a little due to what I had in the cupboard. I did not put any potatoes in and just put in extra zucchini. Also I used one can of italian tomatoes and one can of chipotle tomatoes. Was nervous about how it would taste but it was excellent and don't think I would have changed it back to the original.
DELICIOUS!! I made this with 2 cans of chicken broth & 1 of vegetable broth. I had fire roasted diced tomatoes on hand so that is what I used. So simple and so good! We had grilled cheese sandwiches on the side. Perfect dinner on a cold night in Florida!
I made this the day after Thanksgiving. It is the best Non meat soup I have ever made. I substituted rigatoni noodles as that was all I had on hand. Will make again. My country cousins ate it with cornbread.
The soup prepared as directed was pretty good. I would recommend adding a chicken boullion cube or two for a little extra flavor and a little more broth. I didn't have enough room to add noodles prepared as directed.
This soup is SOOOO good! It soaked up most of the liquid, so I had to add more when I reheated it. I ate it for a week straight and loved it!
Wonderful!! So yummy! Next time I might add more broth, but other than that, fantastic meal!

YO, hize esta sopa para mi esposo y mi hijo y les encanto. Es una receta super facil y sencilla y ademas de todo riquisima. Se las recomiendo.
