Mine came out a little flat because I used a different size pan (7"x10"), but that was the only down side. I made it the "healthier" way and added a pinch of vanilla extract. I received so many compliments on it. I will definitely make it again.

Loved it! Had it at a friend's house, asked for the recipe and she sent me here. Very simple and quick to prepare. I used regular coffee (1 tbsp soaked in 2 tbsp of water and drained the grounds off since I did not have instant and I used Lite Cool Whip)An absolute keeper!

Great dessert. I substituted Cool Whip Free and Low Fat Cream Cheese and it still tasted great. I recommend putting it in the freezer for about 1/2 hour before cutting though. Even after spending all night in the fridge it was very soft.

I'm not sure why but I did not like this recipe too much. It had a little too strong of a coffee taste for me. But my family liked it, so that's all that matters! :)

This was extremely easy to make and turned out wonderfully. It had a strong coffee flavor which i loved and was light and creamy. It wasn't exactly like resturant Tirmamisu, but it was a nice at home easy to make substitute.
