I seasoned my chicken with salt,pepper and garlic powder. I also seasoned my veggies with salt and pepper. This was delicious! My family loved it! A definate make again and again dish!
This recipie was great! I put the carrots on the bottom of the pan and sprinkled brown sugar on the top, then I added the chicken and potatoes on top of that, then sprinkled with onions and italian dressing. I sprayed the whole dish with "I can't believe it's not butter light" to prevent the chicken and viggies from drying out. I covered it with tin foil and it was done in 55 minutes. The veggies were perfect and the chicken was soooo moist! Not sure why others had so many problems?! I will definately make this again! My picky husband loved it too!

This dish was excellent. My grown grandchildren loved it and asked to have it again. So easy and quick to prepare. I used fat free Zesty Italian Dressing and omited the cheese. They still loved it.
chicken kind of dry, and vegetables not fully cooked. Next time cover with foil
SO EASY!!! I used red skin potatoes & left the skins on it was great! My husband didn't all I seasoned it with was Italian dressing so flavorful!!!!
I didn't add onions and used the make it in a cruet regular italian dressing and it was so good! My husband and children ate it all up, no leftovers!
This recipe was good although the carrots didn't get as tender as I would have liked them to be.
Finally, a dish liked by ALL, that's hard to do in my house! We loved it. Next time I will double the recipe!
The vegetables & potatoes we a little under cooked the first time I made it, but that was fixed with microwaving them 5-8 mins prior baking. Now my family loves it!
