Very good! I added some seasoning and canned green beans.

I made this last night and agree that it was super easy to make but 1 hour was definitely not enough to make the carrots tender. Although the dish wasn't bad, it was lacking in taste. I will definetley try it again taking the tips of others to maybe sprinkle breadcrums on top for a crispy taste and maybe some more spices to "spice" it up and possibly a different cheese or combination of cheses. I don't know what others did wrong as my chicken WAS very moist, not dry at all.

This was quite good, to cut the cooking down by half I par-boiled the vegetables and cut the chicken breasts in half. The chicken was so moist and tender. I didn't have parmesan cheese so I grated cheddar cheese over the top and let that melt for a few minutes. My family loved it. But I'm not so sure I liked the salad dressing in it, so next time I might use chicken stock or something.

I did this a little bit different. I thought using green beans would add some more flavor to the veggie side and I was right! Also, I boiled the chicken first on the stove so it would turn out better. I used red-skin potatoes instead of regular, and I used some garlic salt to sprinkle over all and then used the Light Italian dressing. It all turned out very moist and delicious!

I left it in the oven over 2 hours and the potatoes and carrots still were not done. After 3 hours I gave up. Took the chicken out and basically made another meal.

I loved this recipe! It was so easy to make and yummy too. Next time I'll probably make it with red potatoes since it just looked so bland.

I didn't like this all that much. My husband & kids thought it was alright.

It was great, especially being so low cal!! I covered it for the entire hour, and also sprayed the top of it with canola cooking spray, to be sure it had enough moisture. Was great on minute brown rice. Needed salt to.

Yuck - not very good. This is the 1st recipe on kraftfoods.com that we didn't like. Veggies did not get tender, and the chicken was very bland. I did cover it for the first 1/2 hour - didn't help. Wasted food!
