This was easy to prepare and the whole family loved it! I used a little more veggies than it called for and added garlic powder. I didn't have Italian dressing so I used Sun-dried Tomato which is similar. Yummy AND healthy!!

I made this for my family & they loved it. I did make it in an lasagna pan with more potatoes, carrots & celery. I only used 1 onion. Then I used almost 1/2 a bottle of italian dressing, added some parsley and it was so so good! I would cover the top otherwise the veggies get their tops a little burned. We'll definitely make this one again!

I've made this countless times for me and my picky husband. Sometimes I change up the type of dressing, cheese, or veggies and that adds a little more variety. I especially love to add artichoke hearts.

There's a couple tricks to making this recipe.First of all, use a smaller dish than you would for the recipe so that the chicken completely covers the vegetables. Use 1 whole small bottle of italian dressing and defintely cover the dish with tin foil during the baking. For a crispy chicken, cover the chicken in grated cheese and continue to bake for 5 min. or until the parmesan is golden.

We did not care for this recipe. The dressing didn't taste good mixed with all of the other ingredients. My husband wouldn't eat it at all and I will not be making this again.
