I used a whole bottle of Italian Dressing. I used potatoes, onions, and carrots. I also cut the chicken up into small pieces. Even with doing that I still had to cook for about 1 1/2 hours for the carrots and potatoes to cook thoroughly. Hubby loved this and kids gave a thumbs up.

I would only make this recipe again if I added some garlic or something else to add a little kick. It was pretty bland.

I used red potatoes and added squash. Very Good!

This recipe was pretty good, but my husband and I didn't like the combination of the italian dressing on the potatoes and veggies. It was simple so I might make it again in a pinch.

This was really good but needs a bit less time in the oven I think, my chicken and potatoes turned out dry, so I will have to work on times. Otherwise yummy!

I make this dish often. My whole family loves it. And it is very easy.

It was fast and easy but I was disappointed in the taste. I followed the recipe to the letter and I didn't care for the taste, nor did my husband and son. The parm cheese didn't seem to mix well at the end with the dressing, for some odd reason. It had a strange taste (I used fresh parm cheese). The carrots also did not cook down soft either. After reading the other reviews, I will try this recipe again but I will use some of the ideas suggested by the other cooks - cover the dish while cooking, some additional seasoning on the chicken and different cheese topping.

Everyone in the family loved this meal. It was so simple to put together and just bake. I would definitely serve this again.

My wife and I enjoyed this recipe. The only change that we both thought would help would be shredded chedder cheese sprinkled on the top. Microwaved leftovers were so-so; The carrots didn't heat up enough and the broccoli gut a little rubbery.
