had to mix in some brown mustard to make the full tablespoon. used tilapia instead of flounder as i had it in the freezer already. almonds instead of mixed nuts. wonderfully tasty.

Very versatile....use any fish and any kind of nuts...I used my coffee grinder to grind up leftover Filberts. I used plain yellow mustard & mayo. Loved it on flounder!

I usually find it hard to make flavorful fish, but I loved this recipe! It's easy & it was delicious! I didn't have mixed nuts, so I used walnuts & they worked out great.

Made this for my husband, and he loved it. As a vegetarian, I do not like to prepare intricate meat/fish dishes, but this was so quick and easy. He said it was one of his fav fish dishes so far and wants it again!
