This was VERY yummy! I loved the change in flavor using orange juice instead of the usual lemon flavor. I did use a can of concentrate orange juice as it was quicker than squeezing. My finicky 16 yr old boy even ate it and had seconds! That says it all

Decided to make this recipe with a backup plan..just in case my family didn't like it. We finished all the Island Citrus Fish and wished we had more! I used Haddock, because I had it in the freezer, and I added 3/4tsp. crushed red pepper which gave it a nice zip. It was fantastic! Light, sweet with a little spicy flavor. Will definitely make it again! Already shared the recipe!

This was quick and easy to prepare. I added some sliced navel oranges and sliced limes at the end and it made a nice accompanyment to the dish. I used Kraft low light Parmesan Asiago Balsamic Vinaigrette reduced fat dressing instead of Kraft Light Zesty Italian Dressing and it was very tasty. I will make this again.

This recipe was so easy to make and had a lot of flavor. I just added a little lime and orange zest to it for an extra touch.

A great way to eat fish! My kids ate it really well. I didn't use the mint, but did everything else in the recipe.
