I added 1/2 cup of spinach instead of the green pepper. Played around with the cheeses, too. Very tasty!

Very good for those on a low carb diet, i jut took out the cheese and had a new way to eat eggs for breakfast

very good and simple. I added onion, fresh mushrooms and served with fresh fruit and english muffins. Was a hit with my teenagers as a late sunday morning breakfast.

I planned on making this for Easter Sunday brunch but I wanted to try it out first. The frittata is incredibly easy to make and very flavorful! Its a recipe that can have a lot or variation such as a little bit of ham or maybe even some jalapeno peppers for the real adventurous type. Its a keeper in our house!
