I make this frequently with the green onion and take it to work for lunch. I spread it on a variety of crackers and tricuits. Side of fruit to finish off. Really love this recipe.

I used canned turkey in place of the chicken and added a small amount of sweet pickle relish to give it a little something extra. It was a big hit with everyone.

This is pretty good, but I liked the chicken salad that was included in the winter 2004 Food & Family, which is originally for leftover turkey and includes celery seed. It's a great idea to eat this with Triscuits rather than just as a sandwich.

Fast, easy, very yummy. I made this exactly as directed, then twised the pepper mill once over my portion. I could eat this everyday. Yummy, yummy.

I played around with the recipe and I decreased the amount of celery and added sliced almonds and grapes. This is just a classic recipe that you can alter to your individual tastes!

Substitute Tuna for Chicken. Tuna is already flaked and has its own flavor.
