Very light and tasty. Plus it is only 5 points if you are on weight watchers. I have been checking all recipes for points and thrilled when I find some that are reasonable and good tasting.

I was all excited... all the reviews were great, and I made a Kraft pasta recipe that was excellent, this however was AWFUL!! All you could taste was vinegar, not like any chinese stirfry I have ever had. My husband who will eat anything, didn't like it. The boys and I ran to the market for something pre-made. YUCK!!

Very easy. Made with a bag of stir fry veggies, and since I didn't have the dressing, I just added a white balsamic to the sauce. I also put in about a Tbsp of peanut butter because I thought my hoisin was a little too sweet. Everyone liked it, and hubby said it was like take-out. Oh, we also added leftover spaghetti and crunchy noodles as well.

I doubled the sauce, added 2 packages of ramen noodles to it along with yellow onion and a package of snow peas. My kids, ages 5, 3 and 2 couldn't eat it fast enough! My husband said to be sure to make it again. Definitely a keeper. I emailed it to all my friends to try. Thanks, Kraft!

I have made this recipe a few times. I add 3 cups of assorted veggies rather than just carrots. I use garlic oil to fry the pork and veggies and double the sauce ingredients. I have served it over ramen noodles or rice, equally good.

I made this last night. I added an extra pound of Pork and 3 extra green onions, and doubled up on the Sauce and Dressing, but did not increase the carrot portion. Between me (Dad) and my two teenage sons, there was nothing left! Even my picky eater went back for seconds. I'll make this again. I sugest adding at least 1/2lb to 1lb more pork and double up on everything else but the carrots.
