This was a GREAT dish!! I forgot the vinagrette when I went shopping, but used a little low sodium soy and a little red wine vinegar and it was fabulous. Maybe next time I'll add some snap peas!

So easy to make, everyone I serve it to has to have the recipe. I love the color the green onions give to the dish and even my toddler eats it!

This was good, but not as good as I thought it would be after smelling it cook. I'd say it's worth giving a try, and for me, it's worth making again.

This recipe is SO easy and delicious! I have made it with both pork and chicken and they are both equally good. I add fresh broccoli, mushrooms, a pinch of crushed red pepper, and serve over rice. I always have the mess cleaned up before I even finish cooking!

Fast and easy to make, this dish really satisfies when coupled with egg noodles. Tasty sauce is a perfect compliment to the pork and carrots! I highly recommend. I just sent the recipe to my mom and sister.

I marinated the meat strips over night in sesame salad dressing. I added fresh strips of red, yellow and orange peppers. My brother gave it a "perfect" rating. The ease of preparation was hepful. I will definitely make this again.

This was great! We added broccoli and snow peas along with the carrots; they added a lot of colour and tasted wonderful with the sauce.
