I *loved* this - it was super easy, quick and was even awesome as leftovers.. in fact I hid the leftovers in the fridge so I wouldn't have to fight my boyfriend for them!

I wasn't sure how I would like this dish when I made it, but I am pleased to say that I was very suprised with how much I liked it. My husband is not much of one for dishes that taste "healthy", but with this dish he could hardly wait until I was finished cooking it before he started fixing his plate. We both love this dish!

it was easy to make, but it was way too bland for me. I'm not sure what could be added to make it more tastefull...??

I used elbow macaroni and velveeta with a bit of milk to make it creamier. I also used stewed tomatoes with Italian seasoning for a bit more flavor. My kids loved it.

I doubled the recipe, following the directions and noticed that it was way too watery. Despite that, the flavors of the dish were not too bad, though I found it bland. I will try making it again with less water and maybe something else to kick up the flavor a bit.

My fiancee put in asparagus instead of the zucchini. I liked it a lot better this way.

Mine didn't come out too cheesy. I had family members who still liked it. It was really easy to make and I had fun watching it come together.
