After reading reviews of this being "bland" - I made it a little differently. First I fried the onions and zucchini in Olive Oil, Butter and salted - until completely soft and done. Removed to a warm plate. Cooked Chicken in Olive Oil and Butter with Salt and Emeril's Original Essence Seasoning until Almost Done. Then I added Chicken Broth Instead of Water to the chicken-added macaroni and cooked until done - 12 min. THEN I ADDED back the vegetables, tomato's, cheese sauce - this was more flavorful then the original recipe. =) Just be sure to Salt, Salt, Salt between each sequence.
