im a beginner cook and this dish was so easy to make and even my picky husband liked this dish! i definitely recommend.

My husband I and both enjoyed this dish, and it was really easy to make. Although he doesn't usually care for nuts in a meat dish, he did like them in this. Next time, I will probably add more seasoning, as it was just a little on the bland side.

I used instant brown rice and everyone enjoyed the meal. It will be a staple in our house.

Sounds wonderful. I am going to try in tomorrow night. I wonder if you can use regular rice if cooked 1st. As I only use brown rice.

I am not big on almonds... so I might try it without almonds... so I guess it would not be almond chicken anymore. But FYI for people that don't mind almonds... one of the people that ate this recipe with me went for seconds.

The rice dish was a little bland. I had to go back and season it. I would definitely make it again but season my rice first. I boiled my chicken first so it held the italian dressing better when I let it marinate for 1/2 hour. It was a really healthy meal. My family enjoyed it.
