This recipe was disappointing. It was very plain and really needed some additional seasoning. I marinated the chicken for an hour or so, but it still had little taste. I recommend marinating for several hours at least. I used a wild rice mix which I cooked separately(unseasoned), and frozen grean beans. It really needs something else.

this is a flavour-packed recipe that me and my hubby really liked. Plus, the almonds and beans add a nice texture to the dish. I recommend you try it!

Simple and good. Make sure the chicken is browned for appearence sake. I'm not a big veggie eater but the green beans really add the flavor. My family didn't love it but they are super demanding.....I'm a good cook. :) Enjoy!

I would cook the green beans a little longer and maybe add a little more broth, but great even how it is.

Great recipe. Didn't use the almonds because store didn't carry them. Still excellent.

We love this! We don't eat instant rice, so we just cook it before adding it in, but this is the first dish my picky eater ate where the chicken wasn't breaded! She loves it, in fact, between the flour of us (two being under 6) we have to double the chicken for everyone to get enough. It's so great! Thanks.

When my husband asks what we're having for dinner and I say "chicken", he just sighs. When I added "almond chicken" he said, "Why can't we just have plain chicken...why does it have to have almonds!" After taking one bite he loves it!!! This is one of his favorite chicken recipes...especially since it uses dark meat. Two thumbs up!
