I substituted brown rice for the white rice, which gave it more of a nutty flavor.

I added more dressing than called for since 1/4 cup for 8 pieces of chicken did not seem like enough to me to have any flavor. Also, I made 2 cups of rice rather than 1 cup.

substitute white rice for Brown rice. Also have substituted with breast meat.

My kids didn't like this but I did. I also used whole grain rice and boneless, skinless chicken breast. I think it would be better with an Asian flavored dressing- Sesame or Ginger would be good.

I made this recipe with chicken breasts and whole grain rice to improve healthy qualities. I had to increase chicken broth by 1/4 cup. Overall it was tasty and my husband wants me to make it again.

I made this dish right after work. It cost me less than $20 for everything, and just about 30 minutes to prepare, cook, and serve it. I even made brownies as a dessert while making it. My boyfriend raved over how juicy and tender the chicken was with the dressing. The smell still remains in my house. I loved it!!! A+ in my book!

It was a very easy recipe to follow and the results were wonderful, my husband loved it!!!!
