This recipe is very easy to cut in half, since there is only two in our family. However, when I did fix this recipe, I used the same amount of marinade (dressing) and added 1 tsp of soy sauce with 4 skinless boneless thighs and allow to marinate for at least 4 hours. Great with (left over) short grain brown rice instead of white.
