This was very very good. Next time I would add a little more rice to the recipe - maybe 1.5 cups vs 1 cup and then add 1.5-2 cups broth. Also I used chicken breasts which was good as well.

I would look for a way to decrease the amount of salt and fat.

Nice light dish. I felt it needed more of a sauce. But overall, we enjoyed it.

The chicken was good, wasn't crazy about the rice and beans tho.Hubby said it was "OK" I will make the chicken part again, but prolly just the chicken without the rest.

My family LOVED this! They could not believe that it took me less than 20 minutes to prepare this. I will definitely make this again.

Husband and my boys plus a guest loved it. But I changed it. First I thought I defrosted chicken breast , wrong, it was chicken legs, than I grabbed another bag that I thought was chicken breast, wrong. It was chicken strips, which cooked just as well. Also I cooked it with broccoli. I always try to add a new recipe each week and this recipe was easy and my family loved it. It is a recipe that I will served again.

This was a very easy & delicious recipe! my family loved it, and I loved the convenience of it - 30 minutes & 1 pan - it doesn't get any easier than this. I used just a little more dressing and broth - that way the rice didn't get crunchy!
