I cooked my rice seperatly, however, the dish was excellent! My 2 boys even liked it (minus the almonds)!

I added about a half cup of water during cooking for moisture without the sodium of extra broth. I also used brown rice. I enjoyed it a lot, but would recommend removing the chicken earlier and allowing extra cooking time for the rice and green beans.

I enjoyed this recipe. I used fat free dressing to reduce the fat content and it was still wonderful. I did not like the crispness of the rice and the soggyness of the almonds. Next time gonna cook the rice seperately and just sprinkle with almonds at the end.

The family isn't crazy about rice. So I made mashed potatoes and made the liquid into a gravy. They really enjoyed that better.

This was good, but took way too long to cook- I bought thighs with bones and took about 3 times as long to cook. Could barely taste the dressing, but could taste the chicken broth. Next time might marinate the chicken for longer.

We realy enjoyed this meal!! It was a nice quick meal to make after work. I used chicken breasts instead. ENJOY!!!

I found it to be a bit bland despite marinating the chicken for 24 hrs in the dressing. I will have to remember to season as usual even when marinating. I was disappointed.

Big hit & it was very, very easy. I marinated the chicken breast for 2 hours & use regular rice cooked before hand it was perfect.
