I'm planning on making this recipe, but I can't/won't do rice? Anyone have any other ideas? Perhaps potatoes?

I've made this reciepe for my family several times and we loved it. It's very simple to make and it has a great flavor. It's a great recipe to make for a small dinner party. I marinated the chicken for several hours to add more flavor.

This was the quickest meal I've ever done for company. I double the recipe. It was so loved, that I had no leftovers.

Pretty good, you really should use chicken thighs. I used breasts and they came out too dry

This was fabulous. I am not an excellent cook by any means and this recipe was so easy to follow. My husband could not get enough of the rice. As well, the chicken was so tender it almost seemed to melt. I used snow peas instead of the green beans and they were great. This recipe has made it to my "keep" stack.

Can this be made with chicken breasts? I am on a very strict low fat low colestral diet. <<< From Mary, Kraft Kitchens Expert ~ Boneless, skinless chicken breasts halves can be substituted for the chicken thighs. Decrease simmer time from 10 min. to 5 min. >>>
