Wonderful! Easy to season according to "whim"; I added garlic salt and curry powder. The Minute Rice makes it easy to adjust feeding capacity by doubling rice, broth and veggies. I used a veggie blend instead of just green beans.

I make this with very little effert. My husband really loved the rice. Next time I will make double the rice. I used chicken breasts. I will for sure make this one again. I ususally will always have these ingredients on hand.

This recipe was very easy and VERY good! The almonds really make the whole thing taste great. THe presentation was also very nice! I would recommend it!

Very easy to make! Tasted great. Next time I think I will make it with white meat (chicken breasts). Great recipe when you don't have a lot of time. My husband loved it!
