Excellent recipe. Just needed to add another 1/2 cup of rice to absorb all the liquid. I served it for guests and they enjoyed it.

The rice was good but the chicken was very bland. Next time I'll marinate the meat longer & add garlic to give it more flavor.

Very good, but a bit on the salty side for my taste.

My husband and I LOVED this recipe. The chicken thighs were very tender and the rice/almonds gave the dish a nice chickeny taste. Great new receipe and we'll definately make this one again.

This recipe was disappointing. As my DH pointed out, cooking everything in the same skillet made it all taste the same. I couldn't taste the Italian dressing at all--the chicken tasted sort of like soy sauce. Next time I'd marinate the chicken in the dressing and grill it separately, then make the rice and beans and serve it together.

My family really like this dish with a side salad. Will be making it again. Made a few changes I let the chicken sit over night in dressing & while it cooked I sprinkled with garlic powder and instead of chiken broth I make broth with chicken boullion cubes. This receipe is a keeper.

This recipe was easy to follow, required few ingredients and tasted pretty good. I agree with other's comments, the green beans were a little "crunchy" but the rice was just fine. I used slivered almonds. I used 2 large chicken breasts and that was a perfect amount of meat. I will make this again!

My family loved this recipe! The only thing I changed was I added some chopped scallions to the chicken while it was cooking. It was delicious!

Very, very good recipe. I used chicken breasts instead and they seemed to turn out a bit dry; will have to work on that. Overall very tasty!

This was very good. My husband told me that I sure know how to cook chicken after I made this one. I think this is just fine with the thigh meat. And it was not bland at all. You probably have to follow the directions exactly to avoid having a bland dish.
