I LOVE this recipe. It's a big favorite at my house. I always sub breast tenders for thighs and add water chestnuts and chow mien noodles for extra crisp. Always tasty!

I used Sun-Dried tomato dressing and chicken breasts. My son had 3 helpings! Delish!!

I make this recipe all the time. I absolutely love it! The only thing I do different is double the amount of rice and chicken broth. Also, lately I have been using instant brown rice and it is even better!

LOVED IT!!!! I took the advice of someone who previously posted a comment and marinated the chicken for 15 minutes before cooking it and it was fabulous!!!!

It was better than I expected and I will make this again. However, I would marinate the chicken for a while before cooking it. Lacked a little flavor. Added salt and pepper to taste. Also used cooked Jasmine rice instead of instant. After adding it to the skillet I just cooked it a little longer to reduce the extra liquid. Peas may be another option to add instead of the beans.

I found this recipe as written to lack flavor. (I did use chicken breasts instead of thighs as well as low sodium chicken broth.) If I make it again, I might try marinating the chicken for a couple of hours and adding otherherbs or seasonings to the rice and beans while cooking. Even a drizzle of diluted cream of chicken and herb soup over the completed dish might be all it needs.

My family enjoyed this recipe very much. It was just a little salty but will use frozen green beans next time with low sodium broth. Also used chicken breasts instead of thighs. Loved it!

Tastes really good for how easy it is to make. Used chicken breasts instead of thighs and frozen beans instead of fresh!

Took longer than 30 minutes to make in order to get the green beans tender. Otherwise, my husband and I loved this--Made some healthy changes: used chicken breasts instead and fat free dressing. Tasted great!

This recipe was easy and so flavorful. I substituted brown rice for white rice.
