You can also use asparagus instead of green beans and it is wonderful.

I have made this recipe a few times now, and my family really enjoys it. I use chicken breasts, and I don't use the green beans or almonds. The last 2 times I have made it, I doubled the dressing, broth and rice, because the first time I made it, there wasn't near enough rice for my husband and I and our 3 little kids. (Also, the rice seems to always take longer than 5 minutes)

I made this for the whole family tonight. I used steamed broccoli and carrots instead of the green beans and chopped up my chicken breasts. It was served almost like a stir-fry. VERY GOOD!

It's really easy and has a great taste. I used light dressing, and it tasted just as good!
