It was fairly easy and the chicken was very tender, but overall a bit bland

I used instant brown rice and boneless, skinless chicken breasts to increase the nutrient richness of the dish.

it was very good and also was a hit with a picky husband! i did not have the almonds on hand so did not include them and also used snap peas instead of the green beans. i also liked the idea of not dirtying up all of the dishes in my kitchen! will definitely use it again.

Very simple, one dish recipe. I didn't feel one cup of rice was enough for a growing family of 4, so I used one can of chicken broth and 2 cups of rice. Turned out great, and the chicken breasts were super moist. Will make again and again...

Easy one pan recipe. In answer to the bland problem I added a small amout of curry to the broth and I use soup base not canned broth adds richness and more flavor. My family loves onions I added diced onion to recipe as well.

I prepared this for my family and they simply loved it! I recommend it to everyone. I also did a pot roast and they preferred this recipe over the pot roast.

not as much flavor as I had hoped. kind of bland. I feel it needs more seasoning but not sure what.

This was wonderful. The almonds were a nice, but different touch.

Everyone loved it. I actually did not have chicken broth so used reduced calorie cream of chicken instead and it was great. Will make this again. Very comforting.

This was good. Not scrumptious but good. I might make it again. Kids picked out the almonds but they liked the chicken and rice. I don't use instant rice so I cooked that separately. Also cooked the green beans a little longer so they were more tender.
