This was yummy. Tastes like something you would get at a 4 star restraunt (for those of us with kids who rarely get out to a restraunt). It even impressed my picky husband. Just be careful to not overcook the chicken.

Awesome recipe when you're short on time. Doesn't take alot of ingredients and cooks in one pan.

This recipe is fast, easy, and has a delicious flavor, but a little salty. I added 2 Tablespoons chopped onion with the broth for additional flavor. Because I used pre-cooked brown rice, I did thicken the sauce with a little cornstarch. Next time, I'll add more low/ no salt broth or some water to cut the salt. Thanks for a new dinner option!

I marinated the chicken in the dressing for a few hours. I added 1 chopped onion and 2 cloves chopped garlic to pan after chicken was in for a few minutes. My rice needed another five minutes to coook which was fine because I like the green beans cooked a little more too. It was nice having everything cooked in one skillet. I topped it with chopped parsley and pine nuts instead of almonds because that's what I had in the house. We liked it!

The instant rice was a bit underdone with the amount of broth called for in the recipe. Easily fixed by adding the remainder of the broth I had on hand and letting sit a bit longer. Also a bit salty - go with low sodium broth. Otherwise an excellent and easy dish.

I just made this recipe and it is great, but I did not prepare it as suggested. I did not use Almonds and I seasoned my chicken and prepared it seperately. I then cooked the green beans in the broth, took the green beans out, my rice was already cooked, so I added it to the broth, mixed it up and served it just as the picture.

We found this recipe to be very bland, I am going to try and cook it again since I could not find anything other than chicken breast to use. I think this could be a good meal.
