I didn't understand this recipe much. it says add rice but it doesn't give time for rice to cook. I didn't make the recipe but I think rice won't cook in 5 min without heat !! <<< Response from Kraft Kitchens Expert, Wendy ~ This recipe uses instant rice which simply needs to hydrate in a hot liquid for 5 minutes prior to eating. There is no need to cook it as long as the liquid was brought to boil prior to adding the rice. >>>

My husband liked this recipe, which surprised me. I was afraid it was a little bland for him but evidently not. I think it could be kicked up a notch in flavor but it was moist and pretty good.

The chicken thighs were good. My rice didn't cook as well, but I liked everything in one dish. I would probably try it again.

This is a great recipe but I used more diet friendly ingredients. Brown rice, Low fat Zesty Italian dressing and no fat chicken broth. My family really loves this and for busy families it's perfect.

rice was bland, it was much more watery than the picture. Chicken and beans tasted wonderful!!!

Very good and easy! I toasted the almonds and sprinkled them on top at the very end.

Have made this many times and it is always a hit. I use chicken breasts instead of thighs and I make green beans in a separate pot. Italian green beans look great with this. The flavor of the rice mixture is a bit bland so I jazz it up with Mrs. Dash original seasoning and add lots of pepper to green beans.
