LOVED IT! I saw where others said the rice was dry, so I added a little more coconut milk and pineapple juice. I've already shared this recipe with 2 people. Can't wait to ...read more

I did this with chicken and it as well was outstanding. My family has very picky eaters and they love it! Thanks for the idea!

I loved this recipe, made it when it first came out in the monthly publication and I've made it several times since. Came back on today to get the recipe since I've misplaced it. I did make a few changes to the recipe. Instead of instant white rice, I cook up basmati rice in advance, and take off the stove with 3-4 min. to go, then add it in to absorb the liquid. The nutty flavor of the basmati rice adds a new, yummy dimension to the recipe. This recipe is simple, inexpensive, and my friends request it!

The taste of this is pretty good. I will probably make this again but with a few changes. The rice takes longer to absorb instead of what the recipe calls for...i would make the rice in seperate bowl then add to the shrimp and pineapple.

Was not impressed but let me tell you, the left overs make a great pizza. I put red sauce on a premade pizza crust added the left over rice etc., topped with sliced tomatoes, more green onion, and grated mozzarella and whalla...great pizza.

I thought this was a great recipe. It takes very little time to make and tasted great. I didn't think it was too sweet at all like some of the other reviews said. I will for sure make this again. This one's a keeper!!

For shrimp a different way, excellent. Delicous, quick, easy. I used cream of coconut instead of coconut milk, either is great.
