I would definitely use medium or small eggs. The recipe should recommend this as the larger eggs will run over.

I made it for a breakfast meeting and they loved it. The only thing I would do the next time is use small eggs. I used what I had on hand(jumbo) and they went over the top of the pan.

Just got my Kraft Food magizine today showed the receipe to my husband and told him I was making it for dinner tonight, he said it was great and also different. Can't wait to try some of the others in this new book.
