I would make it again but not cracking the eggs into the muffin cups. I would mix the eggs in one bowl then pour them in. I didn't like the yolk in the middle.

My family loves this recipe. It's quick, simple , easy to make. I would like to add some seasoning to it but so i'm not sure what to add. I would like to say though that this is a meatless recipe, despite what other reviews have said. There is NO actual meat in the recipe. :) Will make these again and again, possibly with some onion and pepper added.

My Son and I love these! They are very tastey and very easy to make. Rather than using a whole egg on each muffin I scramble 6 - 7 eggs and just pour the mixture over the top to fill the muffin cups.

My family loved them and I loved how easy it was. I mixed the eggs and cheese with the stuffing on half of the batch and that was the favorite!

Good idea...Spray the bottom of a shot glass after filling the muffin tin and use that to make the center wells. Didn't quite fit a whole egg in each and needed just a little more bite to it. I found Taco Bell hot sauce to do the trick..these really do taste better the next day-reheated.

I would rate this recipe Very Good in general -- but it is definitely NOT "meatless"! Real bacon and chicken-flavored stuffing are ingredients that a vegetarian would NOT include in their diets.

Meatless?! It's got both bacon bits and chicken flavored stuffing mix. It was ok, but very irresponsible of this site to call it "meatless."

Quick and easy. Its nice to have some of these on hand for a quick lunch. I lightly beat the eggs before adding them on top - this also helps them cook faster if you're pressed for time.
