add garlic salt or some type of seasoning to the meat, otherwise the recipe is pretty bland.

I used the canned seasoned diced tomatoes instead of fresh tomatoes which made this recipe even easier and turned out really well and full of flavor!!!!

I thought this was delicious, but my husband just is not a big tomato eater and thought the tomato overwhelmed the dish, so beware of that if you have family who don't like the taste/texture of tomato.

A very good recipe. My three year old ate every bite when its usually hard to get her to take one. A weekly meal at our house.

I added 1 tsp. of fresh minced garlic, salt and fresh ground pepper for more flavor. My family enjoyed it more the second time I made it.

This dish was great! Instead of plain diced tomatoes, I added 1 can of Rotel spicy tomatoes, a little bit of Tony Chachere's seasoning and my husband loved it. I plan on making this again!

This was quick and easy, but needed more seasoning. I added salt, ground black pepper, oregano and some red pepper flakes since we like a little kick. I probably won't put this on the regular dinner rotation, but it will come in handy when I need something quick. I always have these ingredients on hand.
