I've made this twice and it was great each time. I added can tomatoes instead of fresh ones and it was still really good. My husband and I both really liked this.

This recipe is very quick, easy, and CHEAP! My husband and 19-month-old love this meal! I added one can of "Del Monte petite diced tomatoes with zesty jalapenos" (drained). It added a little more flavor and it's not spicy at all. I hope your family will like this meal as well!
