Mac 'N Cheese Pie recipe

They always like to hear they're having mac and cheese. Wait until they see it in pie form, loaded up with chopped ham, a bit of broccoli and extra cheese!

We have made this over and over again! It is so good! The kids love it and the left overs are great too!

I added a little bread crumbs and Onion as a previous comment suggested. The flavor was pretty good but it was a little dry. If you use a large glass pie pan it only makes one. Next time I'll add more ham and some velveeta into the mac n cheese.

I've made this recipe twice now. I actually added a little more cheese than it said and it needed salt once it was done. Little bland, but tasty. Definitly had leftover with this recipe!

I made this for dinner last night for my boyfriend and I & he loved it. I used Taco Cheese instead of what it called for for a little more taste. I thought it was a little dry so next time i will add some milk.

i also added some milk, which made baking time a little longer. i did have to go a little easy on the broccoli, only because i am the only one who likes it in my house. great for snacking!
