I found this recipe in one of the Kraft Food magazines under breakfast recipes, but what a great dinner time meal.
I always read the reviews and take them to heart. Many said that it was a bit dry and bland, so I added a splash of milk and some seasoning salt with black pepper, a dash of hot pepper, and some garlic salt.
I also added some mushrooms (another great suggestion), and a bit more shredded cheese. It was very yummy, and a nice fill you up meal. Great served with crescent rolls.
This one's a keeper.
